Finally, after almost 4,000 km and visiting eight (or nine if you count our trip to Pennsylvania) states, we arrive at the KFFA – The First Flight Airport in Kelly Devil Hills in North Carolina. The airport itself is famous for being the site of hundreds of pre-flight gliding experiments carried out by the Wright brothers….
Today we have another long flight of 897 km to Dayton in Ohio and landed at the Wright Bros Aero – International Airport of Dayton. What a trip, don’t you think? – Within three days, I crossed almost the whole country and passed 5 states.
Denise is really an early bird. She is wakening me up at around 6am to get started for our long trip for today. Almost 900 km later, we are in another state again. This time we arrive in Cape-Girardeau, Oklahoma. We need to get another long sleep, because tomorrow its another state 😉
